SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The timeframe for delivering the products to the courier is:

  • All orders received before 4pm are processed the same day for Next day delivery
  • All orders received after 4pm will be processed the following day for delivery the day later
  • Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following business day

All orders will be dispatched from: Advanced Supply Chain Group, Eismann Way, Corby NN17 5ZB 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. 

Delivery Schedule

Standard delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of the order

Express delivery:

  • ordered before 4pm – next working day.  
  • ordered after 4pm -  2 working days from date of order.

Shipment tracking 

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the data for tracking the package. It will be possible to track the shipping status by clicking the tracking link in the email.  The tracking link will also be available for registered users on the order summary page. 

CHECKING THE PACKAGE RECEIVED 

In the courier's presence, please check that

  • the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the waybill (delivered by the courier);
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet or that its sealing materials are not altered;
  • the dimensions and information on the product packaging presumably correspond to those of the item actually purchased.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified to the Courier in writing on the delivery note and also reported to T-Data S.r.l. within 8 days. In the event that it is not possible to inspect the product's integrity at the time of delivery, we invite you to sign "subject to verification" on the delivery receipt. Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer may no longer make any objection regarding the quantity and quality of the goods received.

LATE DELIVERIES 

In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered, or is delivered later than in the stated Delivery Schedule, the user can stipulate a longer deadline. In the case of a delay in delivery of more than 10 working days with respect to the first delivery deadline, the user may terminate the contract. Following the termination of the contract, the user shall receive a full refund of the amount due plus shipping costs.

LIMITATIONS

The following areas are not covered for delivery:

  • Jersey, Guernsey 

RETURNS

SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEE

- Standard Delivery costs £3.50 - FREE for orders over £35 (48hrs - Royal Mail)

- Express Delivery costs £4.95 (24hrs - Royal Mail)

During sales or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in shipment times. 

EXCLUDED AREAS: Jersey, Guernsey 

ORDER TIMING

- All orders received before 4pm are processed in the same day

We deliver only on business days. Orders completed on a holiday or the previous day may take longer to deliver.

ORDER TRACKING

You have the option to track your shipment.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an order shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. 

RETURNS
