SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES

- Standard Delivery costs 3.99€ - FREE for orders over 39.99€ (2-5 days)

- Express Delivery costs 4.95€ (1-2 days)

During sales or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in shipment times.

ORDER TIMING

- All orders received before 4pm are processed in the same day

- All orders received after 4pm are processed in the following day

- Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, will not be processed until the next business working day.

We deliver only on business days. Orders completed on a holiday or the previous day may take longer to deliver.

ORDER TRACKING

You have the option to track your shipment.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an order shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. 

RETURNS

 If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, return them to us for refund within 14 days of receipt. For more information, check our returns page.

RETURNS

All returns are FREE.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, return them to us for refund within 14 days of receipt as follows:

1. Complete your returns form (included within your order) by ticking the item (s) you wish to return and giving a reason for the return. If you do not do so, it may take the Customer Care Team longer to identify your order and process your refund. Pack it with your return items (unused, intact, and in good condition, including any labels) in the original package (if possible). Stick your prepaid label (included within your order) on your return parcel and seal it securely. Please make sure that it is clearly visible on the parcel and that the return address and barcodes are not covered or amended.

RETURNS from UK:

  • For RETURNS on STANDARD and EXPRESS SHIPPING simply print your label with Royal Mail printing service or at home and drop-off your return package to your nearest local Customer Service Point or Post Office branch. Your item will be fully tracked on its way back. Arrange pick up here

RETURNS from FRANCE, GERMANY, BELGIUM, NETHERLAND and POLAND

  • For RETURNS on STANDARD SHIPPING drop-off your return package to your nearest DPD access point and keep the proof of postage. Find your nearest drop off point for DPD here or arrange pick up here

RETURNS from SPAIN, IRELAND, ITALY, DENMARK, FINLAND, SWEDEN, AUSTRIA and PORTUGAL

  • For RETURNS on STANDARD and EXPRESS SHIPPING reach out to our customer care team (championstore_EN@pfsweb.com) in order to receive a pro-forma invoice to include with your return.

3. Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund and a notification email will be sent to you to confirm the validation (you’ll hear from us approx. 5 days from the date you send your parcel). Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for your refund to be reflected on your account.
