SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is supported in the following countries: Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Switzerland, Norway, Northern Ireland.

T-Data S.r.l prepares the goods and entrusts them to the courier in suitably sealed cardboard packaging. The timeframe for delivering the products to the courier is 'Within the next working day after the order date'.

Goods for orders destined for Europe are shipped from T-Data Italia warehouses. More specifically, from T-Data_CH asset 2, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano ( Modena, Italy). 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding national holidays. In the event of multiple orders, delivery is not separate; the products will all be delivered together in one shipment. 

Delivery Schedule

Mainland Italy

  • Standard delivery: 2-5 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Italy Islands and remote areas

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 3-5 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Finland, Germany

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Poland

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Switzerland, Norway

  • Standard delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • Customs: DDU

Northern Ireland

  • Standard delivery: 2-5 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 2-4 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Balearic Islands (Spain), Corsica (France)

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 working days from the day of the order
  • Premium delivery: 5-7 working days from the day of the order
  • No customs

Import costs

For some of the countries of destination of the sold goods (see table "Delivery Terms"), import charges may have to be paid.
These are charges applied to shipments by the customs authority of the destination country or geographical area. They are calculated based on the following factors: the declared value and shipping costs of the product, the product category, the country and region of origin, the customs tariffs of the destination country, and applicable trade treaties.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the seller only takes responsibility for the shipment of the product and that, upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying any import duties to the shipping carrier. In this case, the amount paid by the customer at checkout does not include any import costs.

Shipment tracking 

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an e-mail with the data for tracking the package. Within 24 hours of the order being dispatched, it will be possible to track the shipping status by clicking on the tracking link in the email.
The tracking link will also be available for registered users on the order summary page.

Checking the package received 

In the courier's presence, please check that

  • the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the waybill (delivered by the courier).
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet or that its sealing materials are not altered.
  • the dimensions and information on the product packaging presumably correspond to those of the item actually purchased.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified to the Courier in writing on the delivery note and also reported to T-Data S.r.l. within 8 days.
In the event that it is not possible to inspect the product's integrity at the time of delivery, we invite you to sign "subject to verification" on the delivery receipt.
Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer may no longer make any objection regarding the quantity and quality of the goods received.

Late deliveries 

In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered, or is delivered later than in the stated Delivery Schedule, the user can stipulate a longer deadline. 
In the case of a delay in delivery of more than 10 working days with respect to the first delivery deadline, the user may terminate the contract.
Following the termination of the contract, the user shall receive a full refund of the amount due plus shipping costs.

Limitations

The following areas are not covered for delivery:

  • Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, Lake Lugano, San Marino, the Vatican
  • Spain: Andorra, Ceuta / Melilla, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands
  • Portugal The Azores and Madeira
  • Germany: Büsingen.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES

- Standard Delivery costs 3.99€ - FREE for orders over 39.99€ (2-5 days)

- Express Delivery costs 4.95€ (1-2 days)

During sales or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in shipment times.

ORDER TIMING

- All orders received before 4pm are processed in the same day

- All orders received after 4pm are processed in the following day

- Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, will not be processed until the next business working day.

We deliver only on business days. Orders completed on a holiday or the previous day may take longer to deliver.

ORDER TRACKING

You have the option to track your shipment.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an order shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. 

RETURNS

 If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, return them to us for refund within 14 days of receipt. For more information, check our returns page.
