Delivery is supported to the following countries. For each, delivery times are expressed in working days, starting from the day of the order, according to the type of shipping (standard/premium).

T-Data S.r.l prepares the goods and hands them over to the courier using properly sealed cardboard packaging. The timeline for handing over the products to the courier is "By the next working day following the order date". 

Goods for orders destined for Europe are shipped from T-Data Italy warehouses, specifically from: T-Data_CH asset 2, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO), Italy 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding national holidays. In the case of a multiple-item order, a separate delivery is not provided; all products will be delivered together in a single shipment. 

IMPORT COSTS

For some of the destination countries (see "Delivery Terms" table), import costs may apply. These are charges applied to shipments by the customs authority of the destination country or region. They are calculated based on the following factors: the declared value and shipping costs of the product, product category, country and region of origin, destination country's customs tariffs, and applicable trade agreements. 

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): This term means that the seller is responsible only for shipping the product and, at the time of delivery, you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping courier. In this case, the amount you paid at checkout does not include any potential import costs. 
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This term means that the price you paid at checkout also includes any import costs, taxes, and customs duties. The goods are delivered to you already customs cleared, with no further charges upon delivery. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package. 24 hours after the order is dispatched, you will be able to track the shipping status by clicking the tracking link in the email. The tracking link will also be available for registered users on the order summary page. 

CHECKING THE PACKAGE RECEIVED 

In the presence of the courier, you are invited to check that: 

  • The number of packages delivered matches the information on the waybill (provided by the Courier). 
  • The packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, or altered in the sealing materials. 
  • The size and information on the product package reasonably match the purchased item. 

Any external damages or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported in writing to the courier on the delivery slip and also reported to T-Data S.r.l within 8 days. 

If it is not possible to verify the product's integrity at the time of delivery, you are invited to sign the delivery receipt "subject to inspection". 

Once the courier's transport document is signed, you can no longer contest the quantity or quality of the received goods. 

DELIVERY DELAY

If the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the Delivery Terms indicated, you may grant an additional period for delivery. 

If the delivery delay exceeds 10 working days beyond the initial delivery period, you can terminate the contract. 

Following contract termination, you will be refunded the full amount paid, including shipping costs. 

LIMITATIONS

Delivery is excluded to the following locations: 

  • Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, Lake Lugano, Vatican. 
  • Spain: Ceuta / Melilla, Gibraltar, Canary Islands. 
  • Portugal: Azores and Madeira 
  • Germany: Büsingen
