How to choose the right size for you
To find the perfect size for your Shock Absorber bra, it is essential to measure your underbust and bust circumference accurately.
Note: Shock Absorber bras are designed to provide high-performance support, so they fit more snugly than traditional bras.
Step 1/3: Measure the underbust
- Stand up straight and place a measuring tape directly under your bust.
- Make sure the tape is snug.
- Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
Example: If your measurement is 30 in, round up to 29,5 in. According to the size chart, this corresponds to a 34.

Step 2/3: Measure the bust circumference
- Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, at nipple level
- Once you have noted your bust measurement, you can proceed to the next step
STEP 3/3: DETERMINE THE CUP SIZE
The cup size is determined by subtracting the underbust measurement from the bust measurement
Example:
Bust measurement: 36 in
Underbust measurement: 30 in
Difference: 6 in → Cup F
Final size: 40F
