All you've got to do is follow these easy steps:
1. Complete the returns form that was included in your order by ticking the item(s) you want to return and giving us a reason for the return. Make sure you do both those things, if not it might take our Customer Care Team a bit longer to find your order and process your refund.
2. Pack your returned items (unused, in tact and in good condition, including any labels) in the original package (if possible), together with the completed return form.
3. Our packaging is designed to make returns super easy, all you need to do is tear the sticky label placed on the closing part of the box.
4. Close the box, making sure that the sticky label is fully secured.
5. Stick the prepaid label that was included with your order on your return parcel. Make sure it's on securely and check that the label is clearly visible and that the return address and barcodes are not covered or amended. Please remove any old labels so there's no confusion along the way.
Norway: Contact our customer service (championstore@t-data.it) to advise us which products you intend to return. We will generate the pro-forma invoice needed for customs clearance of your international return shipment. The pro-forma invoice will be sent to you in PDF format via e-mail. We recommend that you take it with you in printed or digital form when you go to the service point, so you can present it if requested. When returning goods, you must use the pre-printed label inside the package; we will digitally link it to the pro-forma invoice generated.
Deliver the returned package to the nearest DHL point, and keep the proof of shipment.
Find the nearest suitable delivery point with DHL locator by entering your postcode, clicking 'send a shipment', selecting 'I have a DHL code or return' and lastly 'I have a DHL waybill'.
Let us do the rest! And you're all set.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will process your refund and you will receive an email notification to confirm validation. Depending on how long the bank needs to process the transaction, it may take a few days for the credit to show in your account.
Should you lose your return form or DHL label, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If you withdraw from the online sales contract, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method you used to settle your order; in any event, you will not incur any additional costs in connection with the refund.
We reserve the right to suspend the refund for a period not exceeding 14 days after receipt of the Goods at our warehouse or from the date on which you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You will be liable for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from handling the goods in any way other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
