CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
You can, as long as it hasn't been prepped for dispatch. Time is of the essence, so please reach out to us quickly after placing your order. We'll do everything we can to assist you! Contact us
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If it's already been processed, we can't change it, but you can reach out to us to cancel. If we catch it in time, you can simply place a new order. Or, if it's already on its way, just contact the courier directly to update them with your new address.
CAN I ADD/REMOVE ITEMS FROM AN ORDER?
Once you've placed an order, we can't add or take away items. Do give your cart a final check to make sure everything you want is there before you complete your purchase.
CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM'S COLOUR/SIZE IN AN ORDER?
Sorry, we can't change the colour or size of an item after your order is placed. Be sure to double-check your choices before you buy – we want you to love what you get!
HOW CAN I SEE WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE PAST?

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At the moment we're unable to deliver to multiple addresses in a single order. For items going to different locations, please place separate orders.
CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
We ship to many countries: UK, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and Austria. Make sure you select the right country from our menu so your location is correct. For shipments to Norway and Switzerland, customs clearance is provided and already included. Customers are only required to pay the courier the amount of duty upon delivery (DDU shipment). The amount of duty is calculated by customs based on the following factors: total order value, product category, customs laws of the destination country, and applicable trade agreements.

We take your data security seriously. To prevent unauthorised access, we use robust physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Standard Delivery from 4.95€ to 9.95€, and it's FREE for orders over 50€ (Netherlands, Ireland & Belgium only).

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can find the most up-to-date and precise information regarding delivery at this page. We process orders Monday to Friday, with weekend or holiday orders handled the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, and express is 1-2 days. These are just estimates, though! You'll get a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email to keep an eye on your delivery via the courier's website.
CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME SLOT?
Right now, we're unable to offer specific time slots for deliveries, we'll get your order to you as swiflty as possible.
CAN I COLLECT MY DELIVERY IN-STORE?
We're not offering store collection just yet, but hang tight – we're hoping to bring this option to you soon!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WITH ITEMS MISSING?
If you find an item missing or it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll get it sorted for you.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, return them to us for refund within 14 days of receipt. For more information, check our returns page.
WHERE DO I FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER? WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATED?
If your tracking info isn't showing up just yet, don't stress – it can take the carrier up to 48 hours to get it up and running. Hang tight and check back soon, it should update before you know it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?
There's no need for a signature upon delivery of your order so you don't have to worry.
For Royal Mail, if you're not in, it'll go to your chosen safe place or they'll try again the next day.
IF SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER ARE DELAYED – WILL I RECEIVE MY OTHER ITEMS IN THE MEANTIME?
We aim to dispatch all items in your order together, which might delay delivery if certain items take a bit longer. Thanks for your patience – we're working to get your complete order to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returning items is FREE as long as you use the included returns label. Not quite right? Just send them back within 14 days for a refund. For all the details, head over to our Returns page.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUNDS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your credit within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind, it might take your bank an additional 5-7 days to reflect the credit in your account.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you're looking for a different colour or size, please return your item(s) and place a new order on championstore.com for the product(s) you prefer.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED AT A CHAMPION STORE?
Right now, we're unable to handle returns directly at our stores, but we're working on making this possible soon. Thanks for your understanding!
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT BOUGHT ONLINE IN-STORE?
At the moment, we're unable to accept in-store returns, but stay tuned – we're hoping to offer this service soon!

WHAT IS THE VAT RATE?
In Ireland and Portugal, the VAT rate is 23%; in Finland is 24%. All our prices include this, so what you see is what you pay.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We don't currently offer gift cards, but it's on our to-do list!
